I am a consultant and trusted advisor who helps small business owners and entrepreneurs articulate and achieve their goals while overcoming roadblocks to success. As President of Giles Consulting, I serve my clients by:

• Installing key business functions such as financial planning, tax preparation, accounting, invoicing, payroll, and cost optimization.
• Conducting robust business performance assessments and leading process improvement initiatives.
• Launching new businesses and helping individuals navigate transitions into entrepreneurial roles.
• Enhancing personal performance, health and wellness, and work-life balance.

My clients include small to mid-size businesses and startups in hospitality, retail, transportation, security, and financial services, among others. I am an especially valuable collaborative partner and resource for clients in high-growth stages and those facing critical business and life decisions.

Throughout my career, I have been an advisor and coach, spending 15 years in cross-functional roles at Occidental Petroleum, Citi, Merrill Lynch, and Lehman Brothers. My responsibilities included financial planning and analysis, deal support, compliance, and data analysis and management.

In addition to leading Giles Consulting, I serve as the Executive Director of The RM Society, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowerment and life skills support for at-risk youth in the Texas Gulf Coast area. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Southern University, a historically Black college and university (HBCU), where I was inducted into Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. I also hold an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Houston. I am deeply passionate about my large family, helping others, and staying physically fit.
